Ford Resource Group Expands Nationally After 11 Years In Richmond

Richmond, Virginia based technology consulting and staffing firm has opened an office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Richmond, VA, – March 18, 2016 – Ford Resource Group, a provider of technology consultants and staffing resources, is celebrating its eleven year anniversary with expansion into other states.

Since its founding in 2005, Ford Resource Group has delivered consulting services focused on the planning, implementation, training, and support of technology solutions for customers across a range of industries from finance and security to state government.

According to company CEO and Founder, Lori Ford, the timing is right for expansion into other states. “Our work with state agencies and private companies over the last eleven years has prepared us to expand into neighboring states,” said Ford. “We helped design and implement solutions that are now being called for by government agencies in surrounding states.”

The company is counting on other states implementing systems similar to those the company has previously installed. “Our past experience designing and implementing various systems here, gives us a distinct advantage in other states,” said Ford. “The expertise we developed while setting up these systems make our consultants the best choice for other states trying to set up similar technology.”

In January of this year, the company opened its first office outside of Virginia, in Charlotte, North Carolina.  According to Ford, Charlotte was an obvious choice for the first of many non-Virginia based company offices. “Charlotte is home to several large technology companies that we work with closely on these projects,” said Ford. “An office in Charlotte helps improve our working relationships with these companies and positions us well for projects in North Carolina as well as expansion into the next state.”

Ford Resource Group is actively submitting consultants for projects in Virginia, the States of North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Arkansas, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
